With a proven track record of facilitating prestigious partner and associate moves, and expertly matching attorneys to the right opportunities, Michael provides tailored advice and guidance to legal professionals looking to advance their careers. He works across the Am Law 200, maintaining particularly strong relationships with firms in Los Angeles and the Bay Area.

Beyond law, Michael spent a decade in the sports industry, where he negotiated contracts and advised MLB and NBA athletes. He later founded his own consultancy dedicated to athlete representation and personal development.
