Prior to joining Sonder Consultants, Lucia spent over two years recruiting within the legal and professional services sector in Hong Kong. During this time, she built strong relationships with candidates and clients, developing a deep understanding of the regional legal market and the importance of delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Lucia works closely with candidates at every stage of their job search, from identifying suitable opportunities and preparing applications to interview guidance and offer management. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, she is committed to building long-term relationships and providing a personalised, transparent, and supportive experience for every lawyer she works with.
