We're delighted to welcome Lucia Li to Sonder Consultants as an Associate Consultant, further strengthening our presence across Asia.
Based in Hong Kong, Lucia joins Sonder following more than two years specialising in legal and professional services recruitment. She works closely with lawyers and leading law firms across Hong Kong and the wider Asia-Pacific market, helping legal professionals identify opportunities that align with both their immediate priorities and long-term career ambitions.
Known for her relationship-led and consultative approach, Lucia is passionate about building meaningful connections and supporting lawyers through every stage of the recruitment process. From identifying the right opportunities and preparing applications to interview guidance and offer management, she is committed to delivering a transparent, personalised experience that enables candidates to make informed career decisions with confidence.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Lucia is well placed to support a diverse range of candidates and clients across the region. Her multilingual capabilities, combined with her collaborative approach and strong understanding of the legal market, allow her to build lasting relationships with lawyers at every stage of their careers.
Before moving into legal recruitment, Lucia gained experience in customer-facing and relationship management roles in both Hong Kong and the UK, developing the communication, organisational and interpersonal skills that continue to underpin her approach to recruitment today. She holds an MSc in Crime Science and Forensic Investigation from the University of Portsmouth, alongside a BSc in Criminology with Sociology from the University of Surrey.
