What an exciting chapter for the entire Sonder Team!
We’ve been recognised as finalists for the Australian Small Business Champion Awards within the recruitment category and couldn’t be more proud for what this represents of our short time in business. We can’t wait to be in attendance alongside impressive finalists in a range of categories.
Since our inception in 2016, the team of one solopreneur comprised of Kevin Sinnott, has since grown to a team of 7 talented individuals. Throughout this journey, our focus has been on maintaining our core company values of commitment, honesty, integrity, flexibility, knowledge and responsiveness – and cultivating a family like culture within the team.
Whatever the outcome on the night, we’re delighted and humbled by the journey of Sonder so far. Thanks to the amazing team for all the hard work, and of course our clients and candidates who have allowed us the privileged position that we are in. We look forward to the awards ceremony in April!
