We're delighted to welcome June Yang to Sonder Consultants as a Senior Consultant, further strengthening our presence across Asia.
Based in Hong Kong, June brings more than eight years of specialist legal recruitment experience, having built an impressive track record partnering with many of the world's leading U.S., UK and PRC law firms. She specialises in placing lawyers at all levels—from associates through to partners—across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Mainland China.
Throughout her career, June has advised on hires across a wide range of practice areas, including M&A, private funds, capital markets, banking & finance, litigation and regulatory. Her experience spans both private practice and in-house legal recruitment, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the evolving legal market and the challenges facing both candidates and law firms.
Before moving into recruitment, June began her career in private practice at Dentons in Shanghai, providing her with first-hand legal experience that continues to shape her approach to advising clients and candidates today. She also holds an LL.M. in U.S. and Global Legal Studies from Case Western Reserve University, alongside degrees in International Law and English from East China University of Political Science and Law.
