Sonder Consultants is delighted to welcome Carla Luna, who has joined the firm this month as a Senior Consultant in its New York office.
Carla will focus on advising M&A and Private Equity associates across the U.S., with particular emphasis on the New York and California markets.
She joins Sonder from Simpson Thacher, one of the world’s leading law firms and widely recognised as one of the premier firms for private equity globally. During her time in private practice, Carla advised on sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions, gaining exceptional experience at the very top of the market.
Having worked within one of the most elite private practice environments, Carla brings a genuine understanding of the standards, expectations, and career considerations facing associates today. Her firsthand experience allows her to offer thoughtful, informed guidance to lawyers navigating critical career decisions, and to support firms in securing talent with the right technical and cultural fit.
Based in New York, Carla will work closely with associates and leading law firms across key U.S. markets, including California, where demand for high-calibre M&A and Private Equity lawyers remains particularly strong.
