Sonder Consultants is delighted to welcome Alexander Rollinson, who has joined the firm’s Sydney office.
Alex joins from another recruitment firm in London, where he advised associates across a broad range of private practice areas. During his time in the City, he developed a strong understanding of one of the world’s most competitive legal markets and built trusted relationships with lawyers as they navigated important career decisions.
His move to Sydney brings valuable international perspective to the Australian market. Alex combines strong market insight with a genuinely personable and relationship-led approach, and is passionate about supporting lawyers as they consider their long-term career progression.
Based in Sydney, Alex will work closely with associates and law firms across Australia and the wider APAC region, advising across key private practice areas and supporting firms in securing the right talent in a competitive environment.
