Lauren Adams is the Strategic Partnership & Content Lead at Sonder Consultants, where she leads content strategy, strategic partnerships and brand growth initiatives across the business.

Prior to joining Sonder, Lauren worked within the legal recruitment industry, developing marketing and communications strategies that connected lawyers with leading law firms. She brings extensive experience in content creation, relationship building and brand development, alongside a strong understanding of the legal market.

Based in London, Lauren is passionate about how communication creates opportunity within the legal profession. She oversees Just Briefly, Sonder's podcast series, and works closely with lawyers and law firms to create valuable content focused on career development, professional visibility and market insights.

Lauren holds a BA in Modern Languages and Literature from University College London and an MPhil from the University of Oxford.
