Before joining Sonder Consultants in New York, Jess built a strong foundation in the legal field, practising as an attorney with a focus on commercial and civil litigation and family law across both New York and Alabama. This experience gave her a first-hand understanding of legal practice and the realities lawyers face at different stages of their careers.

Alongside her legal background, Jess brings 360 recruitment experience, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the dynamics of the legal recruitment market — from candidate engagement and client delivery through to process management and execution. This insight enables her to work closely with consultants and leadership across the U.S. platform, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the hiring process.
