We have been asked by a leading US firm focusing in the Private Funds space to identify exceptional trainee solicitors, due to qualify in September, to be considered for a NQ role in their prestigious team.
Our client is in search of trainee solicitors with an ambition for a distinguished legal career in Funds, specifically in private funds (fund formation), leveraged finance, and corporate private equity.
These firms can offer, market-leading work, the support of a developed and collaborative team and top of the market compensation.

Requirements
In order to be considered you must:
• Be due to qualify in September 2024
• Have completed at least one seat in funds
• Gained this experience at an elite City firm, ideally another US firm, a magic or silver circle firm or another prestigious UK firm with a strong reputation for work in private equity
• Have an exceptional academic background
