A global law firm is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its expanding corporate team in the Middle East. The group advises on complex cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital, and investment structures for major corporates, sovereign wealth funds, and leading financial sponsors.

The Opportunity
• Lead on high-value corporate transactions with direct client access
• Draft and negotiate core documentation including SPAs, JVs, and shareholder arrangements
• Manage due diligence, disclosure, and closing processes
• Develop trusted client relationships and commercial sector insight
• Mentor junior lawyers and play an active role in knowledge sharing
• Engage in business development with a view toward long-term progression
• Opportunity for client secondments and international mobility within the network

You Will Bring
• 6–10 PQE in M&A, PE, VC, or investment funds
• Experience in a reputable international firm
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams

Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential.
