An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Real Estate Finance practice of a leading UK law firm in London.

You'll advise banks, alternative lenders, borrowers and investors on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, working closely with partners on acquisition financings, development financings, investment financings and complex cross-border matters.‍

Requirements‍

• 1+ years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.

• Experience advising on real estate finance transactions, including investment, development and acquisition finance.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience managing transactions and working directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.

• Commercially minded with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
