An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Real Estate Finance practice of a leading international law firm in London.

You'll advise banks, alternative lenders, private credit funds, sponsors and borrowers on a broad range of sophisticated real estate finance transactions, including investment, development, refinancing and cross-border financings, working closely with partners on complex, high-value mandates.‍

Requirements‍

• 5+ years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.

• Experience advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including investment, development and leveraged financings.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience leading transactions, managing junior lawyers and working directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.

• Commercially minded with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
