The Role:

In this role, you will be drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including mortgage loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and leases.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience and must have experience with lending, real estate joint ventures, development, and/or leasing
