Requirements

• Admitted to the California Bar (or eligible to waive in)
• Approximately 4 years of experience in project finance at a top law firm
• Solid experience acting for lenders and/or sponsors on complex infrastructure or energy projects
• Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent academic credentials and the ability to manage deals with increasing autonomy
