This is a specialist role focused on GP stakes and complex asset management transactions, offering exposure to sophisticated work across M&A and funds.

The role will involve:

• Advising on GP stakes, control investments and preferred equity transactions
• Working on spin-outs, seed deals and sponsor-level structuring
• Supporting on complex fund and asset management transactions
• Collaborating with a high-performing, specialist team

Requirements:

• Class of 2021–2022 (or equivalent experience)
• Strong deal experience across M&A and/or funds
• Strong academic background
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
