• Advising on public and private M&A transactions
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
• Working alongside a high-performing team on complex, high-value deals

Requirements:

• Class of 2020–2022
• Public M&A experience preferred
• Strong academic background
• Experience gained at a leading law firm
