Legal Recruitment Consultant
We’re looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our growing international team at Sonder Consultants. Whether you’re an experienced Recruitment Consultant (12+ months) or a qualified lawyer ready to explore a new career path, we’d love to hear from you. We’re also open to candidates currently based in the UK who are considering a relocation to Sydney, Australia.
What You’ll Do
As part of our team, you’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:
- Headhunting top legal talent.
- Building and nurturing client and candidate relationships.
- Market mapping and research.
- Managing recruitment processes from first call to placement.
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ months’ recruitment experience (legal preferred, but not essential) or a legal background.
- A Bachelor’s degree (LLB preferred).
- High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and a genuine drive to grow.
