We’re also open to candidates currently based in the UK who are considering a relocation to Sydney, Australia.

What You’ll Do

‍As part of our team, you’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:

• Headhunting top legal talent.
• Building and nurturing client and candidate relationships.
• Market mapping and research.
• Managing recruitment processes from first call to placement.

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ months’ recruitment experience (legal preferred, but not essential) or a legal background.
• A Bachelor’s degree (LLB preferred).
• High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and a genuine drive to grow.
