A prestigious global law firm in New York is seeking a junior Partner to join its fast-growing Funds and Secondaries practice group. This team is highly regarded for its expertise across the PE funds space but is actively growing out its Secondaries offering.

The Role:

This team really stands out for its nimble approach to high-end clients and deals. You will work on premier transactions across the full spectrum of Secondaries deals (GP-led, co-invests, liquidity transactions). This particular group has a strong reputation for onboarding and integrating lateral partners and you will be given full support to grow out your practice.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience of Secondaries/PE funds experience

- Book of business (to be discussed)
