We're instructed on an IT & Telecoms Associate opportunity with a leading US law firm in London.

You'll advise private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, corporates and technology providers on a broad range of technology, telecommunications and commercial contracting matters. The role offers exposure to complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including technology acquisitions, outsourcing arrangements, software licensing, digital infrastructure projects, cloud services agreements and wider technology-driven M&A transactions.

Requirements

• 4–5 PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.

• Experience advising on technology, telecommunications, commercial contracts and/or outsourcing matters.

• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.

• Excellent academic credentials and commercial awareness.

• Strong communication and client management skills.

• Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
