A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level Funds lawyer to join its Hong Kong office.

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded team advising on sophisticated private investment fund matters across Asia, with particular exposure to private equity funds and secondaries transactions.

The firm is looking for a lawyer with:

• 4+ years’ PQE
• Strong Private Equity Funds and Secondaries experience
• Experience gained at a leading US or Magic Circle platform preferred
• Mandarin language capability
• US qualification preferred, though HK and UK qualified lawyers will also be considered

The practice advises a broad range of sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on complex cross-border fund formations and strategic investment matters.

*Cravath scale compensation on offer.
