An AmLaw 30 firm is seeking a Funds Associate (4 PQE) to join its highly regarded investment funds practice in Chicago.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Illinois Bar (or eligible to waive in)
• Around 4 years of experience in investment funds or asset management work
• Strong understanding of fund structuring, LP/GP matters, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., Advisers Act, ’40 Act)
• Prior experience at a leading law firm
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting, commercial, and communication skills
