A prestigious New York team within a prestigious global law firm is seeking Associates in the range of Class of 2019 – 2023 to join its growing Debt Finance group.

The Role:

In this role, you will advise on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, representing clients such as Wall Street banks, direct lending institutions, borrowers, and private equity (PE) companies.

Requirements:

• 1 – 5 years of experience in leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, asset-based loans. Experience in special situations and distressed lending is a plus.
• Exceptional academic credentials
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate closely with other groups in the firm
