We're instructed on Corporate Tax Associate opportunities with a leading US law firm in London.

You'll advise on the tax aspects of a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity investments, financings, restructurings and capital markets matters. Working alongside a highly regarded tax team, you'll support major sponsors, corporates and financial institutions on complex, high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• NQ–1 PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.

• Experience in corporate tax, transactional tax or a strong seat within a recognised tax practice.

• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.

• Excellent academic credentials and a commercial approach to problem-solving.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
