You'll advise private equity sponsors, institutional investors, developers and multinational corporates on a broad range of high-value real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and portfolio investments, working closely with market-leading partners on complex cross-border matters.‍

Requirements‍

• 2–6 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.

• Experience advising on complex corporate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and real estate aspects of wider corporate deals.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience managing transactions and working directly with clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Commercially minded with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
