This role offers exposure to sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, advising leading private equity sponsors, public companies and major financial institutions on high-value M&A matters.

The successful candidate will have:

• Class year 2015–2017
• Strong large-cap M&A and private equity transactional experience
• Training from a leading US or international law firm
• Excellent technical drafting and client management skills
• Experience leading transactions and mentoring junior associates
