A top international firm is looking for a mid-level associate to join its capital markets practice in Hong Kong, with a focus on HK IPOs. The team advises leading Chinese and international issuers, sponsors, and underwriters.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years' PQE (Class of 2019–2021)
• Hong Kong qualified
• Strong exposure to HK IPO work, ideally from an international or top domestic firm
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese preferred)
• Excellent academics
