The Role

The Capital Markets team advises on complex, high-value transactions across the United States, Europe and Asia. Associates work closely with colleagues across offices on matters covering the full capital formation spectrum, including:

• IPOs and registered offerings
• Rule 144A and other private placements
• Growth equity and early-stage financings
• High-yield and investment-grade debt offerings
• Cross-border securities transactions
• SPACs, carve-outs, restructurings and related work

The position offers early responsibility, regular client interaction and meaningful involvement in the strategic development of the practice.
