Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various arbitration proceedings, including international arbitration and investment arbitration.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  

Qualifications:

• Common law or US qualified lawyer with a strong background in arbitration law.
• Minimum of three years of experience in arbitration, preferably at a leading international firm.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
