We’re excited to welcome Eileen Rauchberg to the Sonder Consultants team in Los Angeles.
Eileen brings over 14 years of recruiting experience — including the past five years dedicated to legal recruitment — and has successfully placed both associates and partners across major practice areas into Am Law 200 firms.
She brings particularly deep knowledge of Corporate and Capital Markets, shaped by hands-on experience guiding companies through IPOs earlier in her career. This background gives her a unique ability to speak the language of capital markets lawyers and grasp the nuances of their work with precision.
As a recruiter, Eileen is known for being a connector of people. She describes herself as a “good listener and prober,” always digging deeper to understand the motivations behind a lawyer’s career decisions. For her, recruitment isn’t just about filling roles — it’s about ensuring every move represents a positive change in someone’s life.
Her approach is honest, direct, and goal-oriented. Candidates and clients value her ability to ask the right questions, spot opportunities, and provide clear guidance in a market where dynamics are constantly shifting.
Eileen thrives on building genuine, long-term relationships, often taking the time over coffee to understand someone’s story. She recognizes that success, culture, and balance mean different things to every lawyer, and she works closely with each individual to define what that looks like for them.
Before joining Sonder, Eileen built a long career in recruitment and sales, working with respected firms including The Advocates and Shirley Associates in Los Angeles. Her experience spans more than a decade in executive search, where she developed strong expertise in negotiation, business development, and talent strategy. Earlier roles in communications and account management further sharpened her ability to build trust, close deals, and manage high-stakes relationships — skills that now define her consultative approach in the legal market.
