Having also spent part of his career placing associates into in-house roles, Andrew brings a well-rounded perspective to the recruitment process and understands the broader considerations lawyers weigh when evaluating career moves. His experience across both private practice and in-house recruitment gives him valuable insight into how lawyers think about long-term progression, compensation, platform, lifestyle and future opportunities.
