Kevin Sinnott

Kevin founded Sonder Consultants in 2016 and since then has delivered a number of successful mandates for clients within the legal and financial services industry. Kevin has a very broad and direct approach, which allows his clients to be consistently impressed with his services ensuring their continued success.

Having graduated with an honours degree in Civil Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway,Kevin has worked as a lawyer with several of the world’s top law firms in the US, Ireland and Australia.

Kevin has worked with some of the most successful legal professionals and companies in the legal industry building an invaluable and impressive network, a network which has been the basis for his success to date.

Matthew Hart, Associate Director

Matthew Hart

Matthew’s honest and strategic approach allows him to provide consultative career and business guidance to his clients and candidates.

Having graduated with a law degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, Matthew joined a leading sports & entertainment agency in New York where he delivered a number of successful mandates for clients across the NBA, NFL and for leading brands, such as MetLife, Wells Fargo and SAP.

On returning to Sydney, Matthew spent time working for an international recruitment company before joining Sonder Consultants as an Associate Director. Matthew specialises in placing candidates at all levels across private practice and in-house. The referrals Matthew receives truly validate his reputation and dedication to achieving successful results.

Lori Beattie, Senior Consultant

Lori Beattie

While studying, Lori undertook a year long internship at a boutique legal and public affairs consultancy in Budapest working on high profile matters for clients which included Facebook and BT.

After graduating from the University of Surrey with a degree in law, Lori led a team of paralegals at a top litigation firm in London before going in-house at the BBC. Lori has also spent time in the Corporate department at a top-tier firm and the Real Estate and Employment teams at a premier international firm in London.

On moving to Sydney, Lori was employed by a top tier international firm in a support role before joining Sonder Consultants as a Legal Search Consultant.

Lori’s background, coupled with a passion for connecting people, gives her a seasoned and cutting-edge approach to the art of recruiting, thus enabling her to make consistently exceptional and appropriate matches between her candidates and clients.

Erika Ruig, Head of Market Intel

With over 10 years’ experience within the executive search space in Australia, Erika has been instrumental in providing invaluable advice and knowledge in relation to a large number of high profile assignments and mandates within the legal industry.

She has worked across assignments both nationally and internationally and she prides herself on providing high quality and effective market intelligence. Erika’s approach is very structured and thorough and her understanding of diverse marketplaces ensures she is quick to fully understand her brief.

Thomas Bunn, Candidate Manager

Tom is our Candidate Manager, originally from the UK, based in the Sydney office in Barangaroo. He helps our consultants to find the best legal talent across multiple markets and has quickly become an integral member of the team.

After graduating with a law degree from Durham University back in 2018, Tom decided to travel the world shortly after, ending his trip in Sydney where he has now been living for the past year.   

 Tom has a keen interest in law and is eager to develop his skills learnt at university and dive into the world of legal recruitment. 

Rebecca Adlington, Marketing Coordinator

Rebecca is our Marketing Coordinator, here to help us to further grow our brand as we expand our presence in new markets and communicate our vision and values through a range of marketing initiatives.

Having graduated with a Business Management and Marketing degree from Brighton University back in 2017, Rebecca has since worked for both large corporate organisations and small start-ups in the UK.

After four years’ experience working within a range of different industries, Rebecca decided to make the move to Australia to further enhance her digital marketing and content writing skills by working for an innovative, growing company.

Dylan, Morrison, Legal Search Consultant

Dylan Morrison  

Dylan Morrison is a legal search consultant within the private practice team at Sonder Consultants, based in their Sydney office. Dylan is a clear “people person” and brings a fresh approach to recruitment, Dylan is adept at engaging with individuals at all levels within an organisation.

Prior to joining Sonder Consultants, Dylan graduated with a bachelors degree from Macquarie University before commencing employment with an Australian based recruitment company.

Dylan’s focus is connecting legal talent with domestic and international opportunities, and covers the world’s major jurisdictions including Australia, the UK, the US, Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore, Ireland and New Zealand.
